The 2024 pops on the river celebration will take place on wednesday, july 3, in coolidge park, thanks to the support of the city of chattanooga and our amazing sponsors! Several events are taking place this weekend to celebrate america's independence day in the scenic city, including the return of pops on the river coolidge park.
Pops on the river features a free outdoor performance by the chattanooga symphony & opera (cso) at 7:30 p.m., an opening performance by chattanooga’s favorite. For the first time in three years the traditional pops on the river independence day celebration returns to coolidge park on saturday july 2 2022.
